Thiyas Collections provides a curated brand showcase of premium, handcrafted Indian accessories and jewellery. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, and features of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of luxury jewellery and individual monitor settings, minor differences may occur.
Please note that our website serves as a premium digital catalog. Direct purchases, checkout flows, and payment processing may be completed via third-party partner channels, primarily TikTok Shop. When checking out through these third-party platforms, you will also be subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Depending on your country of residence within Europe, prices may include applicable VAT in accordance with EU tax rules.
For transactions finalized on third-party channels (like TikTok Shop), payment options, billing security, and transaction verifications are securely managed by the checkout provider. Thiyas Collections does not collect or store your credit card or raw banking credentials.
4. Shipping, Customs, & Returns
We coordinate delivery of our luxury accessories to designated European destinations, primarily Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. Shipping fees, estimated transit times, and delivery options are specified during checkout.
Customs and Duties: For shipping destinations outside the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for any import customs clearance, local taxes, or administrative duties that may apply.
Returns and Cancellations: Return windows, refunds, and exchanges are governed by EU consumer protection laws (giving you a standard 14-day right of withdrawal) and are processed according to the return policies displayed on the specific purchasing channel (e.g., TikTok Shop) where you finalized your order.

All content on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logo marks, graphics, digital assets, handcrafted jewelry designs, photography, text descriptions, custom 3D WebGL shader code, and visual layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Thiyas Collections and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Germany and internationally.
